Saturday, October 9th from 7a.m. until 1 p.m at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake.
Helping Paws is pleased to announce the 15th Annual Panting for Paws 5K and added this year our first 10K. In order to better accomodate our participants we have decided to add a 10K for runners wanting to take a longer stride, so we will no longer be offering the 1 mile as in years past.
All athletes will be chip timed with disposable bib# chip timing by Crossroads Events and Timing.
Join us after the event for post-race food and refreshments! This year we will also have beer for those 21 and older!
Be sure to register early for special swag! We will have unique special swag for the 1st 100 participants that register for the race!
